is a Collectable Miniatures Game CMG from WizKids. Combine monsters from across the horror spectrum, including werewolves, vampires, and zombies, to assemble a ghoulish army for a gore-filled romp!  Using the innovative Clix system,
HorrorClix
is a wicked-fun game of 3-D monster combat! Each monster features a combat dial and unique character card for unlimited game play combinations.  Most figures are between 1.5 and 2 inches tall.

SHIPPING/HANDLING
Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex unless specific arrangements are requested, but we almost always use USPS.
All items are in new or like new condition unless specific condition is noted in the description.
The condition of all items is always guaranteed.  Insurance is usually optional (see international options) and covers loss during shipping.  Lost packages will not be replaced or refunded if insurance is not purchased.
We reserve the right to self-insure packages. With our “any reason” guarantee, self-insured packages save money, and damaged or lost packages are replaced or refunded faster and with less paperwork than through postal service insurance.
We always combine shipping costs for multiple purchases.  Please wait for a combined invoice, because the automated invoices do not include all options or specials, and also do not always combine shipping automatically.  If you have any questions please ask before making payment.
I ship all orders in the order that payments are received.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Many buyers have asked, but we cannot mark customs forms as “gift.” We are also required by law to mark the exact purchase price on customs forms. Some sellers mark this value higher thinking it is insurance, thereby costing buyers extra excise taxes. We enter only the bid value, not including shipping.
The condition of all items is always guaranteed.  Insurance is usually optional for shipments under $50, and required for shipments over $50.00.  Insurance covers loss during shipping.  Lost packages will not be replaced or refunded if insurance is not purchased.  Insurance is usually 10% of the order price, or $1.50 per $50 of insurance if the base shipping cost is $16.00 or more.  The lower of these two rates will be applied.  Basically, I offer it at the cheapest rate offered by the post office, and often below that rate.

All payments must be made in US dollars.

REQUIRED
: You must contact me within 7 days of receiving your shipment and BEFORE you return any item.  Please include the reason for your return (any reason accepted – we just want to know).  You will receive a reply with return shipping instructions.
Items must be returned in the condition received to receive the full refund.

Pre-Sale Policies
Pre-ordered cases and bricks usually ship within a day of release, and pre-ordered sets within
the first
5 business days of release.
We
guarantee
shipment within 21 days of release or we will offer your choice of either immediate refund
and discounted offers for future orders
, or store credit of 105% of the item purchase price (to be used on either the same product when it can be completed and/or on any other store items).
The 21 day guarantee is much longer than it takes to sort sets.  Because there have been collation problems with some SRs (i.e. Maestro: 1 per 9 cases, Doomsday 1 per 8 cases

)
this is a very conservative timeframe.
If there are major collation issues that I cannot resolve through the purchasing of singles as I have done in the past I will contact buyers and offer as many solutions as possible, including partial fulfillment and appropriate refunds.
